Diet Aids

I have been using some diet aids, and it would not be fair to not report on them.

• Xenical

  • Prescription Fat Blocker

  • started using in November of 1999

  • works very very well.  Sometimes a little too well.  Blocks up to 1/3 of the fat I ingest

    • If I eat over 30% fat in a meal I have massive intestinal problems.  Imagine the worst dysentery you have ever had and then multiply it by 20 and then you have an inkling of what it is like.

    • If I eat between 10 - 30% fat, I have intestinal discomfort, but it is manageable.  

    • If I eat below 10% fat, I have no problems what so ever.

  • Its a good product.  It acts like a baby sitter.  You can kid yourself, but you cant fool xenical and it punishes you for not keeping to your diet.  But instead of punishing you by adding weight to your body, it removes the fat and punishes you in a swift fashion that makes you want to keep to your diet forever.

• Twin Lab's Ripped Fuel

  • Thermogenic drink

    • designed for rapid fat loss and preservation of lean muscle mass

    • High protein, multi vitamin, and mineral drink

  • I drink one in the morning after I work out and I usually add a couple of banana's in it.

• E'ola weight loss drop

  • Basically an Ephrine, Aspirin, Caffeine stack 

    • The idea is that I raise my pulse and body temperature and therefore burn more calories per day.

    • My Girl friends father has lost 80 pounds using this product alone.

  • I take them twice a day in the afternoon and evening.

• Others

  • carrot, beets, and wheat grass juice

  • Met-Rx bars

  • daily multi-vitamin
