Aerobic excersise
none most of the time. Occasionally I will practice martial arts and maintain an elevated heart rate for 45 minutes to an hour.

Low pulley back kick
left sit up
front of calves
low pulley side bends
High leg press
low pulley splits
low pulley side kick
low pulley front kick
leg lifts
